The celery-like flavour adds a deliciously herbacious note to our Bloody Tonic. It’s easy to grow from seed and then plant out in the garden down on the veg patch or in amongst the flowers. A thirsty plant so it needs a bit of attention to thrive and attract ground beetles to feast on slugs and snails. Clip it regularly to encourage re-growth so stick it in your salads and keep your glass topped up.
